本系列電動(dòng)機(jī)集國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)品之優(yōu)點(diǎn)，調(diào)速范圍寬、振動(dòng)小、噪音低。電機(jī)采用鼠籠型結(jié)構(gòu)、運(yùn)行可靠，維擴(kuò)方便。裝有獨(dú)立的冷卻風(fēng)機(jī)，保證在不同轉(zhuǎn)速下均有良好的冷卻效果。該系列電動(dòng)機(jī)在5（3）-50HZ運(yùn)行時(shí)輸出恒轉(zhuǎn)矩，在50~100HZ運(yùn)行時(shí)輸出恒功率。
YXVP系列電動(dòng)機(jī)的安裝尺寸和功率等級均符合IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對應(yīng)關(guān)系與Y系列電動(dòng)機(jī)一致，互轉(zhuǎn)性、通用性強(qiáng)。電動(dòng)機(jī)采用F級絕緣，外殼防護(hù)IP44或IP54，冷卻方式IC416，連續(xù)工作制（SI)。
